Perform root cause/failure analysis to help determine corrective action for out-of-spec and/or defective materials by working closely with the technical, manufacturing, and the customer. Support our product quality, cost, and manufacturing process. Maintain and update test methods and work instructions as needed. Independently lead projects and laboratory experiments. Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am- 4 pm Pay is $15- 20 depending on experience Needs color matching experience.
