Non mixed. Parents. Don't love their children. Or work as hard as any to raise them well ballanced or moral. As possible under the circumstances.
That you were only speaking to the worst end of the spectrum. Which would also(and in vastly larger numbers per capita.) Include fractured or pooly lead heterosexual families.
That it was merely a poor turn of phrase. And it's not like we all haven't done it.
