Need custom guitar picks

My serious playing days are over but I still want to play. My hands are going south and I am in need of THIN thumb picks because I can't hold regular picks without the spinning. I found left-handed thumb picks but they're too stiff for the upstroke when strumming. I've tried it all, monster grips, gorilla grip, rough surfaces, holes, The other issue is that they must be FOR THE LEFT THUMB. The ones for the right thumb fit differently and don't work. Any ideas?
