MADISON, NJ — There are three seats available on the Madison school board and after a pandemic extended election cycle, Heather Reddy, Pamela Yousey and David Irwin will fill them. According to the final tallies, certified by the Morris County Clerk the totals were: Kara Hines: 4,270David Irwin: 4,679Heather Reddy: 4,597Pamela Yousey: 4,631 Subscribe to your local Patch newsletter. Phil Murphy because of the coronavirus, there were been many questions about how the process worked. The primarily vote-by-mail process, in tandem with the extended deadlines to receive votes pushed the certification day to "on or about Nov. 20."
