Looking for producer who loves the sound of this undiscovered singer

I have a family member in Lewisburg near Nashville who I honestly believe could have been/should have been famous. She has a subtle but powerful quality to her and it just seems like the stars never quite aligned for her to record and market a full professional record. I love her voice and music so much that I still dream of this happening for her. I don’t think she’s interested in something as overwhelming as going on a TV show like The Voice. If she’s going to finally be discovered and create a record, I think she needs a more gradual, gentle process with lots of TLC from someone who is primarily interested in the spiritual fulfillment of making music before profit. I’m wondering if there are any producers with a home studio or access to a studio, who might love her sound enough to work with her for free and see where it leads. This is her “signature” song that got some airplay on indie radio.
