Job Description: Seeking candidates to complete full-scale residential remodeling, repairs & service orders on vacant & occupied properties throughout the Chicagoland area and adjacent suburbs. A perfect candidate must be responsible, reliable, and skilled. Being punctual and able to communicate, execute work assignments on time is the key to building a strong professional relationship within our company. Prerequisites: Applicants must provide years of experience, as well as references, certificates, degrees, etcetera, which support their stated background, under four years is considered entry-level to novice, over eight consecutive years is considered a trades-person. We are recruiting competent professionals to join our team; we will provide training to qualified candidates to complete the following work below. SERVICES PROVIDED: Unit Make Ready – Unit turn for tenants. Home Remodeling – Full-scale renovation Tenant Occupied Maintenance & Repairs Insurance Claim Repairs – Theft/vandalism, fire, water, hail/storm, Mold Remediation Residential Service Contracts And more… SKILL TRADES NEEDED: Floor Installers: Carpet, vinyl planks, hardwood install and refinishing. Cabinet Installers & Refinishers Electricians: Breaker panels, meter sockets, rewiring, etc. Plumbers: Water heater, water supply lines, HVAC: Furnace, A/C coil, and replacement & repairs.
