Renovations in 3 unit building in downtown Albany

Looking for a contractor or small team of contractors who are able to start next week to conduct a light renovation of a 3-unit building, including: - sanding & refinishing hardwood floors - painting some walls - painting kitchen cabinets - hauling off old appliances & installing new ones - hauling off construction materials & debris - putting up wall paper - putting up shelves - changing out light fixtures - hanging window curtains - installing smart locks in 4 doors - installing security cameras - refinishing bathtubs & painting tiles - installing new sinks and toilets - installing prefab wall panelling - assembling a lot of furniture - picking up furniture I find on Facebook marketplace and brining it to the house - hanging paintings and other decor - light landscaping - laying linoleum floors in basement - and the like Paying $25/hour and estimating the entire project will take around 100 hours. If you finish the work within April and in satisfactory quality I will pay an additional bonus of $500. Would need to start next week and be finished before end of April but at least 10 hours needed next week. So can be one person working ~25 hours/week for 4 weeks, a team of two working 1.5 days/week for throughout April, a team of 3 knocking it all out next week, or whatever other combination works for you. I will not be on site for most of the time so I will pick the contractor that is the strongest communicator and is the most reliable. I expect a text every day you are on site with what was done that day + photos of the completed work. If we agree a certain schedule e.g. every week Monday & Tuesday and you no-show twice I will move on to the next contractor. You should have a truck or the like to be able to pick up renovations materials & furniture, haul away debris, etc; If you are driving in from further out you can sleep at the apartments if needed, I can provide an air mattress.
