Job Skills/Requirements PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA Hiring, Janitors Lunes-Viernes Part Time Buscamos personal de limpieza para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Tenemos posiciones tiempo parcial y tiempo completo, con horarios flexibles JANITOR We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team. We have part time, Monday-Friday. TAREAS ESENCIALES: Limpiar y abastecer las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, pasar la aspiradora, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) Realizar y documentar las actividades de mantenimiento e inspección de rutina. Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas y proyectos especiales. Notificar a la gerencia de las deficiencias que ocurren o las necesidades de reparaciones. Almacenar y mantener los suministros Cooperar con el resto del personal Seguir las normas de salud y seguridad. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOS Voluntad de aprender Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente Bilingüe inglés y español – preferible pero no requerido MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Willingness to learn Integrity and ability to work independently Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – preferred DEMANDAS FÍSICAS Debe poder estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo Agacharse o agacharse con frecuencia Puede que necesite levantar objetos pesados Habilidad para hablar con claridad para que otros puedan entenderlo.
