SUP Yoga Group Class: Winter Park Sunday, April 16th from 9AM - 11AM All levels welcome! Enjoy a peaceful yoga flow, while floating on the waters of the beautiful Winter Park Chain of Lakes. We will launch from KRAFT AZALEA PARK and enjoy a leisurely paddle to warm up. Once we reach our destination, we will anchor our boards and begin class. Class starts with a guided meditation before flowing through asanas while floating on water! Both beginner and experienced yogis will enjoy this class. We close class with a blissful Savasana with the sounds of nature and you. *Rental boards are limited. Make sure to choose board rental option when purchasing your ticket. *Please bring your leash for anchor system.
