An evening of healing that will be dedicated to our one and only Mother Earth. We begin with a guided, reiki-assisted meditation by Sophlow to open and align our energetical bodies to the frequency of the Earth. As Denise takes us through a sound bath meditation, we find not only our own vibration rising, but that of the ground beneath us and the air around us. Together we will hold the intention of giving this wonderful energy back to Earth through a bridge of light. As we heal our own energy, we are healing the energy of the Earth. One drop in the ocean is still the ocean. If you feel called, bring an Earth offering (crystal, shell, flower) that we will give to Gaia after we leave the studio.
