JOB DESCRIPTION Voice/Data cable pulling, terminating and testing of CAT-5, CAT-6, CCTV, Coax and Fiber. Overhead Paging, P.O.S, router, data switch and phone system hardware knowledge helpful but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate. Primarily inside work at offices, production plants, warehouse and retail locations around the Kansas City Metro with occasional work outside of metro. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be dependable and on time this is a big one maybe the most important of any job skill. Read and understand floor plans and prints for pulling and installing Voice and Data cable- 2 year minimum experience helpful but not necessary. Leviton, BICSI, Systimax, Panduit, Corning or knowledge of Voice and Data color code pin-out and wire trouble shooting skills helpful but not necessary. Able to work in heights on ladders and scissor lifts. Must have ability for lengthy standing, walking or kneeling, lift 50-60 lbs. Vision color required for working with cable color codes. Must have computer skills and computer access to work with email, spreadsheets and Word docs Background check and Drug testing required, must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
