DarkHorse Band, a jazz band from Purcell, seeks a drummer with a lot of Jazz and Blues experience, and willingness to do at least one rehearsal a week, to complete an Organ-Guitar-Drum band, which will back a talented female vocalist. Various influences, originals and covers, many from the Great American Songbook. A lot of Bossa and Latin influence, and the ability to swing a must. Please get in touch if you'd like to audition for this. We would like a drummer that is comfortable on either a snare and ride, or a cajon and ride. As we say, simplicity is best. Thank you.
