Hello! I am in need of some help on a flip home as a temporary position! If things work out theres more work in the future as I have more projects currently than I can handle! One or more skills needed: Laborer for demo& general cleanup Framing Siding Window Installer Tree service General handyman If you can perform all,some, or many of these services feel free to contact me! May consider sub-contractors but mainly looking for hourly people! $$$$$$ paid weekly or when a subcontractor job is complete! I can keep the right person busy for some time ! Now for the bad stuff! Please no riff raff people apply! I take my business seriously and do not have time for people laying out of work or constantly late! No habits during work hours! Cigarettes are fine but if you cant go 8 hrs keeping a level head then we are not compatible! I give more than enough breaks and like to keep them structured so no cell phones! You can wait till break and call your mama or you baby's mama but not while we are working! If you think this will work for you I need people immediately so just contact me ! Thanks
