Trim Carpenters and Laborers Needed

I am seeking some reliable and hard working people to join the crew as trim carpenters and laborers. I am looking for experienced carpenters or individuals with less experience that are willing to learn the trade. With this role, you will be doing residential interior trim work with occasional work outdoors. Most job sites will be located in the Knoxville or Maryville area. Requirements: • Drug free • Reliable transportation • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday • Working knowledge of hand and power tools • Compliance with company health & safety policies • Ability to work efficiently, without sacrificing quality or safety • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Willingness to work hard, in both outdoor and indoor environments • Ability to follow specific instructions and take training and feedback constructively • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 60 lbs • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Experience is preferred but not required Benefits: • Bonuses may be earned • 6 paid holidays • one week paid vacation per year after one year of employment
