Looking for 2 separate jobs (please apply for either or both depending on your expertise) 1. Looking for an experienced flooring professional to install about 700SF of 5" engineered oak flooring over a plywood subfloor (no demo, we have the subfloor installed and materials, just need an experienced installer for a good price) 2. Looking for an experienced tiler to finish/fix a new bathroom where tile was installed - the corners and niches are not done correctly and need to be fixed with proper edges/trim (1-2 day job) Please only apply for either or both if you specialize in floors and/or tiles and have a lot of experience with the above. Need both done asap.
