We need an experienced crew to build this foundation. We need a simple foundation built using Nudura icf forms. 60' x 29' x 9' hi, 8" footings with 4 counterforts 4x7, block out 4 windows. We supply all materials, concrete, forms, steel, scaffolding, etc. Pump truck. It should take a good crew 3 or 4 days to form and pour this. A day to strip the counterforts and scaffolding. pays $7,000- 1 day after you are done. If you are done in 3 days, we pay you on day 4. We also have a garage to pour. 130 lf of wall 36" tall, no footing. This one is a day to form, inspect, pour at the same time as the house foundation. Pays $2,000- for labor. This one will use john A forms. We supply all forms and materials. If you would prefer to use your own forms, braces, etc, for both walls, we will pay you an additional $5,000-.
