The Wellness Event was created for African Americans as an outreach strategy to access the Covid-19 vaccination and booster. At a time of uncertainty and misconceptions around covid-19 and the vaccine, this event was created to serve as a one stop incentive to address multiple health needs that typically requires a doctor's visit. This event in no way serves as a replacement for annual or routine visits but, the African American Cohort of COVID-19 hopes to provide information and resources to help inform and answer questions about health concerns from a holistic standpoint. Come out, get vaccinated, and learn how to optimize your HEALTH, ENERGY and overall WELL-BEING from the following dimensions of Wellness: EmotionalEnvironmentalFinancialIntellectualOccupationalPhysicalSocialSpiritualJoin us for this FREE, family-friendly event. All ages welcomed! **Please read all details below regarding registration** Registration is required to attend.In an effort to remain healthy and safe, we ask that you and your guests register for ONE ticket type and time only. This will keep an even-flow of traffic and help minimize large crowds.
