Description

Breathe, bend, stretch, relax your body, reduce your stress and enjoy the outdoors with us. Join us on the lawn with tiki torches overlooking the pool. Board certified yoga instructor Amanda will lead us in a mindful restorative yoga session. When finished, we will celebrate with strawberries and a champagne toast to the sunset and our strength. Bring your own yoga mat or towel and water. This event is FREE of charge; however we request you pre-register. We also ask that each participant fill out our event waiver - HERE
