Pairings consist of: •Trefoil (Shortbread) Girl Scout Cookie with Michters Bourbon. "This bourbon kicks off with scents of vanilla, apricot, cherry, and caramel. Take a sip and it opens up to a note of chocolate with cinnamon and butterscotch. Best bourbon for the price." •Tagalong (Peanut Butter Patty) Girl Scout Cookie with Toms Foolery Applejack. "This applejack is entirely distilled from fresh, whole apples. We never add any sugar, coloring, or flavoring. In the tradition of great apple brandy producers in Europe, we double distill our applejack in copper pot stills, and then age it in oak barrels for about four years." • Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookie with Averna Amaro. "This averna is a popular Italian bitter liqueur (classified as an amaro) that is still produced from the original 1868 recipe of natural ingredients. Tastes of honey, oak and citrus with a touch of sweetness. Long finish with subtle vanilla notes." • Samoa (Caramel Delight) Girl Scout Cookie with Mount Gay Black Barrel Double Cask Blend. "It has a much more forgiving character and is better balanced it terms of the smoke and char. The initial entry is soft and very agreeable. Icing sugar, banana, pineapple, green apple and some gooseberry. It’s light and fruity initially but the mid palate reveals a very nice development of spice and char.
