This calming hatha class is perfect for beginning yogis as well as those with a regular yoga practice. You will enjoy long stretches that open your body as well as a gentle flow. Pose options will be provided so that you can listen to your body, set your intention and enjoy the practice and pace that is right for you.
The spirituality of this place will bring you into a deeper connection with your body, mind and nature. Notice your breathing as you listen to the waves. Do a downward facing dog as some of the local dogs walk by. Relax with pigeon pose and hear the birds sing.
