Course 2: Prescott Pear: Pear, blue cheese, honey and candied nut crostini with lightly dressed frisse salad

Course 4: Baystate Blueberry: Blueberry braised short rib over garlic mashed potato and roasted root vegetable
Course 5: Chocolate Raspberry wine: Citrus kissed cheesecake, mint, berries, and chocolate shavings
