N & S Monarca Contracting in Middletown Connecticut is seeking individuals to fill positions on both our mowing landscape crews. N & S Monarca Contracting has been providing superior commercial and residential property maintenance since 2016. These are full time positions that will include a wide range of property maintenance & landscaping work. Occasional weekends will be required to work depending on the work load and the weather conditions. We are seeking individuals who are career-minded, can work as a team and have a strong work ethic. Duties will include, but not limited to: weekly mowing service, seasonal cleanups and snow removal in the winter months. General Requirements: Valid driver license with clean driving record. All applicants must have 2-3 years experience. Applicants also must be able to use a wide range of mowing & landscape equipment safely and proficiently on a daily basis.
