Join us for The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tar River Region's 3rd Annual Derby Day at the Mills event. We are back… for the 3rd Annual Run for the Roses Derby Day at the Mills. This exciting and entertaining event will attract people from Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas. Derby Day at the Mills will give you a one-of-a-kind Kentucky Derby experience while providing fun and entertainment. This event will consist of a live DJ and some special entertainment. The races will be broadcast on large screens so that guests can keep up with the races in real-time. You will have the full Derby feel, as your evening will be complemented with Derby-themed hors d’oeuvres, meal wine and beer. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tar River Region and Rocky Mount Mills are working together to raise funding to support the over 2,100 young people that the organization serves throughout the year through their afterschool and summer youth development programs.
