in the maintenance of apartments buildings & landscaping in Salem, MA.
Great,patient supervisor to help teach new tasks for those willing to learn.
If you don't like repetition, this is a great job, as different small projects arise.
Painting, cleaning apartments for new tenants, landscaping, plumbing & electrical, snow removal.
Must be physically fit with no fear of ladders and willing to assist during snowstorms and at some time point cover if any emergency weekend/evening calls during others vacation.
Looking for local person with drivers license.
