Vertical paddle Yoga
We will give you a brief introduction to how to use the paddle, fixed, life jacket and paddle. After completing the safety briefing, each of us will pick up our equipment (about 50 pounds) and walk across the street to Mission Bay, where we will start our surfboard.
We will row the paddles for 5-15 minutes and fix our paddles with fixtures. Once we are in line and safe, we will start a slow and steady yoga practice, including cooking posture and simple modifications for those who don't want to stand.
