Press release from the City of Louisville: December 4, 2020 Paws In The Parks is an opportunity for the public to engage in a fun, social-distance and friendly virtual photo contest featuring their beloved dog. The photo contest will feature dogs dressed in their holiday best, pictured at their favorite local park. The "ulti-mutt" winner will display a mixture of cuteness and happiness, while also sporting a leash in a local park! Send photo submissions to [email protected] playing field will be narrowed down to 10 dogs. From there, people will vote for the dog they believe shows the most "howl-iday" spirit on the Louisville Parks and Recreation Facebook page. The dog that gets the most likes/loves will be declared the winner. The lucky winner will be awarded a gift package from Feeders Supply and additional prizes from Louisville Parks and Recreation and other sponsors. Timeline Friday, Dec. 4 – Sunday, Dec. 13 – Submissions accepted at [email protected] Monday, Dec. 14 – Submissions to [email protected] are closed. Tuesday, Dec. 15 – 10 Finalists announced, voting begins. Monday, Dec. 21 – Voting closes. Tuesday, Dec. 22 –Winner is announced! The Pup-arazzi is informed.
