Musician looking to lease/sublease a small studio space in the Sunset Park/Greenwood/South Slope/Gowanus area. I don't need much in terms of square footage, but something close to 275 sq. ft. would be great. I'm really just looking for a private space to write/mix. I don't intend on bringing a drum kit, but I expect I'll use monitors pretty regularly. Budget is flexible and will depend on factors such as privacy, security, windows, etc. By the water is a plus would be plus! Looking to grab a place ASAP. Let me know - thanks! -Philip
