This is a wonderful time to observe trees as they emerge from their winter dormancy into the warmth and light of spring. You'll learn more about their unique timing, environmental requirements, and clear identification tips during this period of transition.
Please note: Meeting spot is across the street from the American Museum of Natural History at the bronze bust of Alexander Von Humboldt at CPW and West 77th Street This entrance to the park is aptly called "Naturalists' Gate."
