Monthly Girl Power Yoga Club - Empowering girls through movement, creativity and connection! For our May Girl Power Yoga Club we would like invite Moms to join us for Beach Yoga and a Mindful Yoga Hike ! Join your daughter at Cape Henlopen State Park on Wednesday evening, May 4th to enjoy being in nature together. We will be meet at Cape Henlopen State Park at the picnic tables near the playground and basketball courts at 5:00pm. (In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule or move indoors to the Right Balance Pilates studio.) Wear comfy clothes that you can easily move in and pack a small back pack with a beach towel, water bottle and your journal or notebook. Instead of bringing your yoga mat, please bring a beach towel that we can use as our outdoors yoga mat. Please wear sneakers (not flip flops or water shoes.) Cost is $35 per child and moms are no charge. Club is intended for girls ages 6-12 years old. Empowering girls through movement, creativity and connection!
