Press release from the Office of the Worcester County District Attorney: March 28, 2022 WORCESTER – A Medway man was indicted on a manslaughter charge for a June 2021 crash in Bellingham that resulted in the death of the passenger in his car, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr. Christopher Millien, 27, was indicted Friday and arraigned on Monday on the charges of manslaughter, motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation, child endangerment, reckless operation and furnishing alcohol to a minor. The charges stem from a June 30 crash that resulted in the death of the 17-year-old passenger in his car. Millien is alleged to have been driving twice the speed limit before losing control of the car and striking a tree. The female passenger was pronounced deceased on the scene. Millien was initially charged with motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation and arraigned on Nov. 29, 2021 in Milford District Court. The indictment moved his case to Worcester Superior Court. Judge James Gavin Reardon set bail for Millien at $2,500 and he was ordered not to drive, to submit to random drug screens, to be placed on a GPS monitoring device and to have no contact with the victim's family.
