Thieves: Dakota Burns & Beth Boyer, pretended to want to Rehoming Fee our 2 puppies. We met at Cape Wal-Mart. They asked us to provide collars. We went inside and when we came back out they had left with our 2 puppies. Please help. These 2 are deranged, and unfit as parents or as dog owners.
