Come celebrate a Whiskey Tasting good time with the Brown County Museum's fundraiser that will kick of a 1920's Prohibition Exhibition! This will be a fundraising event showcasing whiskey and food tasting with a first time look at the Museum of History’s newest exhibition, “Bootleggers, Moonshine and the Mob". The fundraiser will help raise funds for more educational programs throughout the year to help visitors experience a bit of fun and historical learning. The event will consist of a tour of the Old County Jail where the exhibition will be hosted along with a fun Speakeasy vibe! The event will continue over at the Main Building where visitors can enjoy whiskey tastings while perusing other museum exhibitions. Event goers must be 21 or older and tickets must be purchased in advance either from this site or available for purchase at the museum or at both Early and Brownwood Visitor Centers. 1920's attire is encouraged though not required.
