Steven the locksmith - You unlocked my car on Thursday, March 24th

Description

It was a beautiful morning. I had just parked outside of Seven Virtues Coffee shop to pick up breakfast sandwiches. There were clouds and it was slightly chilly, so I debated putting on my jacket before getting out of car. However, the decision to leave my jacket meant I also left my keys sitting right on top of the jacket when I got out of my locked car. I had spent a few too many seconds thinking about if I’d be too cold waiting for the crosswalk. Normally this would be an extremely stressful for me, but I felt considerably calm and collected while waiting for the locksmith. The barista at Seven Virtues was so kind and gave me a free coffee on the house for waiting and the whole key situation (thank you so much if you’re reading this!). I was waiting for the phone call from the locksmith outside on the benches, and suddenly I had this feeling of being watched. Looking up, I was surprised to see someone standing next to my driver door with locksmith gear staring at me because I hadn’t gotten a call back yet. I’m fairly certain you could have unlocked my car way faster than you did, but you stalled so we could talk longer, and I’m glad you did if that’s the case. If you’re interested in talking more Steven the locksmith, let me know what you said your previous job was or what mine currently is. I don’t normally like talking to strangers, but I adored our conversation and would enjoy having more. Hope to hear from you, or maybe someone passes this along if they recognize Steven the locksmith. Regardless, I’m so thankful you unlocked my car last week. It was the best part of my day when it should have been the worst. Thank you!
