From Washington Township: Posted March 13, 2020 In accordance with guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control, the Township of Washington is encouraging employees and customers to observe social distancing. The Township of Washington offers the ability to make payments online for: · Taxes: https://www.wtmorris.org/index.php/departments/tax-collector/tax-payment-portal.html · Alarm Registration: https://www.wtmorris.org/index.php/services/make-a-payment/alarm-registration.html · Recreation: https://www.wtmorris.org/index.php/community/news/recreation-annoucements · Tickets: o traffic tickets can be paid online at https://www.wtmorris.org/index.php/departments/municipal-court.html o other tickets without mandatory appearances can be paid over the phone by credit card by calling 908-876-3852 You may also call ahead to obtain payment amounts for taxes, permits, etc. and identifying info for the memo line if you wish to pay by check and leave it in the municipal building dropbox which will be checked frequently. Service requests can also be made online at: https://wtmorris.net/ If you call to schedule an inspection, you will be asked, out of an abundance of caution, if anyone in your household, business or other enclosed area to be inspected has any of the following symptoms: fever, cough and shortness of breath to schedule a date at least two weeks into the future. We respectfully ask that the inspection be delayed, or rescheduled if already planned. We understand many individuals may not be able to take additional time off during normal business hours as they may now be home with children due to school closing, work closures or health issues and will work to accommodate your schedule, including evening inspections when possible.
