Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime special evening under the stars as we celebrate Rutland's Tricentennial.
Your ticket includes live music and dancing under the tent, tours of the gorgeous grounds and historic public rooms of the National Historic Register Rufus Putnam House, planned special guests and surprises, and a cash bar featuring locally produced grape wines, ciders, fruit wines, beers and seltzers, proudly provided by Agronomy Vineyard, Coldbrook Winery, and Milk Room Brewing.
The historically inspired cocktail menu for the evening, planned and prepared by Rutland chef Adam Foreman and his team, puts local products and regional recipes at center stage, and includes butler-passed appetizers like corn fritters with maple butter, vegetable or sausage stuffed mushrooms, turkey skewers with cranberry chutney, braised short rib panini with an onion jam, smoked salmon mousse on crostini, bison meatballs stuffed with farmers cheese and served with a bison demi, as well as a stationary chowder bar with seafood and turkey corn options, blackened shrimp and creamy sage grits served to order, and a grand primitive table of local cheeses, charcuterie, berries and vegetables.
Dress is semi-formal, though guests are also welcomed to get fully immersed in the event in historic costume of the period of their choice.
Ticketing is limited. Specially reserved sponsorship tables of eight are available for $1000; please contact [email protected] to make arrangements.
