The Omaha Police Foundation presents the 22nd annual Officer of the Year Awards Luncheon - May 12, 2022 - at the Scott Conference Center Twenty-one Omaha Police Department officers and the OPD NETS Program will be recognized for their outstanding work in the prior year. The 2021 Officer of the Year will be chosen from among the honorees. The NETS Program will receive the Foundation’s Community Impact Award. In addition, the Omaha Police Foundation will present its Fifth Annual Jack K. Lewis Memorial Scholarship to three outstanding students who are the children and/or grandchildren of current or retired OPD personnel.
