-Looking to hire a reasonable contractor to do turnovers on my rental units -Painting, remodeling, flooring and sheetrock work -Little to no specialty work, we will sub out plumbing, electrical and heating -Just needs some walls repaired, painting of the entire unit, and kitchen cabinets replaced -Must have own work truck, ability to take pictures of work, good communication skills, insurance, small staff is preferred for time adherance of our jobs -We are looking to build a working relationship with an affordable contractor, we have paid a lot of money to contractors over the last year and have had mixed experiences so we would like to build a lasting working relationship with someone to take care of our rental portfolio
