Need to find a nice, safe and clean 1-2 bedroom apartment for my parent (no pets). The places we have seen are not well maintained nor safe. She is a great tenant, quiet, clean, pays rent on time. Unfortunately, her current neighbors are very problematic and do not take care of the building. Please let me know if you can help me. References available upon request.
