LONG VALLEY, NJ - Tropical Storm Isaias is making its presence known throughout New Jersey Tuesday as strong winds and heavy rains buffeting the area have caused power outages and localized flooding in the Garden State. Below is a list of road closures from the Washington Township Office of Emergency Management as of 4 p.m. Tuesday.
