Salary $45,700 - $48,000
8 hour shift Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM - On call with Weekend Availability
Responsible for medium sized apartment building and management office.
Live-in position. Candidate must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7.
Applicant must be team player with hands on experience and good references.

Primary duties
Day to day maintenance and upkeep of building exteriors and light landscaping in common areas.Investigate, diagnose, and resolve all tenant maintenance issues, including plumbing, electric, and other general repairs & maintenance.General handyman repairs, including changing switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, fixing drips & leaks, snaking and unclogging drains and waste lines.Prepare apartments for new tenants including demolition (as needed), improvement, repairs, cleaning, drywall repairs (large and small), and painting.Oversee vendors work in the building – exterminator, boiler mechanics, appliance repairman.Perform snow removal using snow blower and shovels, sand sidewalks.Maintain good communications and relations with property manager, owner and tenants.Maintain digital records of requested repairs and completed work.Respond to all emergency calls, notify appropriate authorities, and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications
Maintenance 3 + years (preferred)Valid driver’s license in good standing is required at all timesAbility to take direction and follow instructions.Good communication skills with a strong command of the English language.Ability to utilize email, texting, and basic computer skillsProof of CoVid Vaccinations and Booster
