NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Marcus Watts, 14, who was reported missing from North Haven on Wednesday, March 30. Watts is described by police as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black jeans and white sneakers.
