Rice is the Founder of New Home Star, a leading sales management and consulting firm that partners with some of the largest home builders in the United States and Canada. "David Rice has a passion for giving back and I am thrilled to welcome him to our Michigan Board of Trustees," said Helen Taylor, TNC State Director in Michigan. Rice is an active philanthropist and is Founder of the charitable organizations Debbie's Closet™ and the GEM Project, which encourages servitude and charitable giving through volunteerism and company-funded donations within New Home Star. In 2019, David was honored with the Abundance Award from the non-profit organization, First Story, which is presented to the most influential individuals and companies whose giving spirit has made a significant impact.
