The Palestine Cultural Club and Students for Justice in Palestine are honored to welcome Mohammed El-Kurd to Arizona State University to discuss his debut book, RIFQA.
Mohammed El-Kurd is an internationally-touring and award-winning writer from Jerusalem, occupied Palestine. His work has been featured in numerous international outlets and he is currently the Palestine Correspondent for The Nation. RIFQA, his debut collection of poetry, was published by Haymarket Books.
Join us for a conversation with the renowned poet as he reads from his work and answers questions from the audience. Following the event will be a book signing, so bring a copy with you! He will not be taking pictures with attendees at this event.
