BROOKFIELD, CT — A new administration at the Brookfield Police Department was sworn in Monday. "Surrounded by families, co-workers, area chiefs of police, town officials, and friends, Chief John Puglisi, Major Peter Frengs, and Captain Matthew Donadio were sworn into their new ranks," Brookfield police officials posted on social media Wednesday.
