We are in search of a skilled maintenance professional to join our awesome team. Our Mulit-Family community consists of 150 apartment homes. This is a busy and varied job. The ideal candidate would have a variety of skills including but not limited to knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Pool and HVAC, (coolers and A/C's.) General all around maintenance skills. 1 year of experience is preferred If you get along well with people, have logical thinking and like to work and get the job done, you are the person we are looking for.
