Guatemalan Cacao Ceremony and Biodynamic Breathwork Journey Our location is a beautiful property at the base of Goat mountain. Depending on weather we’ll be outside on the yoga platform or gathering in the Angel room. We'll then start with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao from a small family farm in Guatemala. Using intention and mindfulness, we'll share our hearts' desires together and get to know who we are beyond our stories. In this first hour, we'll sip and laugh (and sometimes cry) about our journey to where we are now, and vision what it would look like to step into the next best version of ourselves. Using music, journalling and meditation, you'll discover deeper parts of yourself that are waiting to be seen, felt and embraced. After this process, we'll begin our journey into Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release. You'll breathe and feel deeply into your body, releasing stuck energy, pain and past traumas. This practice usually goes for an hour. Finally, we'll relax fully into the bliss of being and integrate the journey that we've shared together. You'll leave our experience together with more heart, more connection, more freedom, and, of course, more love.
