Maintenance tech needed with flexible schedule 28 hours per week, must have own hand tools, reliable vehicle and it must be insured. We have apartments all around Green Bay and need day to day maintenance for our residents and some apartment turnover. $21 an hour and you would be eligible for our 403b with employer match.
