Fulltime Maintenance Tech needed for westside of Green Bay, must have own hand tools, reliable vehicle with insurance. Should know general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical. We are responsible for resident maintenance, common area maintenance and apartment maintenance for turnover. Our benefits are amazing, 100% paid employer health insurance, plus 15 day PTO and 10 days of holiday pay, plus much more. Monday-Friday with on call every other weekend.
