We are excited to once again host the Murph Challenge here at MN Top Team on Friday 5/27/22 at 5:30pm! T-shirts/tanks , food and fun. We are excited to once again host the MURPH Challenge here at MN Top Team on Friday 5/27/22 at 5:30pm! T-shirts and tank tops will be had, food will be served, work will be done and proceeds will be donated to the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Please save the date and register by Monday APRIL 25, 2022. Register via the Eventbrite link, FB Messenger, email [email protected], in person here at MN Top Team or call/text us at 651-340-4349. If you register by 4/25/22 you'll get a shirt or tank so let us know your size. If you sign up after 4/25, price remains the same but you don't get a shirt. Be quick. Cost is $35 (Includes t-shirt, food, fun) pay at link, at the gym or venmo @MNTopTeam. What is Murph? 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. This can be done scaled and broken up or as prescribed and can be performed by a 2-person team, individually, or as an "elite" athlete (which includes wearing a weight vest, spots are limited). This is a fun event, not a competition, and there will be no judges. This event is open to anyone and everyone ages 12 and up (12-15 year olds must participate with a parent). BRING A TOWEL, a chair tohang out after, and your beverage of choice (waters will be provided in addition to whatever Jeremy is grilling that day).
