A deep dive into Taurus energy, thyroid health, mantra, & neck tension. aurus is an earth sign ruled by Venus - rooting the sign's energy in love, harmony, and sensuality. Taurus also governs the throat, neck, thyroid gland, and vocal tract. Join Mishiah for this two-hour workshop focusing on foundations, flow, voice, Drishti, and thyroid health. While Taurus energy is persevering, grounded, stable, and dependable, it also has stubborn and possessive shadow undertones. Students will begin by workshopping intentions and contemplating mindful action to uphold desired ways of being. Without contemplation and intention, students can be easily hijacked by shadow energy. After a grounding and sensual flow, we will explore the power of spinal undulation, mantra, voice and neck massage, authentic self-expression, and pranayama (breathwork). Taurus Season is the second of 12 Energy Tides workshops designed to align students with the universe through self-study and care.
